Great few days at the Baltic Payment Forum in Vilnius.
It was inspiring to spend time with so many brilliant people from across the region discussing the evolving payments ecosystem, emerging trends, and the opportunities shaping the future of financial services. The energy and collaboration across the Baltic fintech community continues to impress.
A special highlight was seeing Katharina Luschnik take the stage on a fantastic panel discussion about partnerships - insightful perspectives from the speakers across the board.
A big thank you to Karolina Aleksandrova, Ruslan Kuznetsov and the entire organising team for putting together a well-run and engaging event.

The app was really good to, the best I've used of any event because of the way the suggested meetings worked.

We had the honor to attend the Baltic Payment Forum in Vilnius. It was undoubtedly a successful experience for the HeadHunters Hub team in every way. The event was carefully and thoughtfully planned, excellently organized, and ensured an engaging, eventful day filled with meetings, networking, and new connections for all participants. The speaker lineup was truly impressive - each session was informative, relevant, and thought-provoking. Discussions among participants covered a wide range of important topics, providing valuable insights and fresh perspectives. Additionally, the conference attracted a diverse group of attendees, making networking both enjoyable and productive. An undeniable highlight was the elegantly and tastefully arranged catering. Overall, the event met - and perhaps even exceeded—our expectations. We are already looking forward to the opportunity to attend again in the future. A big thank you to the organizers for hosting such a high-quality event!

This week, together with Grzegorz Hansen, PhD we had the opportunity to represent BNP Paribas Bank Polska at the Baltic Payment Forum in Vilnius, organized by ProMoney team led by our wonderful host Karolina Aleksandrova.
The agenda was packed with insightful presentations and vibrant panels gathering payments industry leaders, fintechs, banks and regulators to discuss the evolving payments landscape.
The first day’s themes underlined the growing importance of CX and UX in payments, illustrating how they can create valuable business impact and become strategic differentiators. This focus day concluded with a networking session in a speed dating format, organized by the amazing HeadHunters Hub - such a fun experience and great opportunity to connect with many interesting people!
Key discussions of the second day emphasized how recent regulatory developments such as PSD3 and PSR are shaping the payments ecosystem and fostering innovation while enhancing compliance and cybersecurity.
The rapid evolution of AI is inevitably driving us towards a new era of agentic commerce, AI-enabled payments and conversational banking, hence the need for the industry players to prepare their systems and security protocols. As many other topics around next gen payments and recent initiatives like Wero and Digital euro were discussed, it was particularly empowering to see the success story of the Polish BLIK being shared on stage. Key observation is that the pace of change in the payments industry has never been this fast.
A huge thank you to the organizers of the Forum, fellow colleagues and partners met during these two intense days in Vilnius!
